I am so inspired by what is happening at Sweet Water Organics, right here in Wisconsin!!! Sweet Water Organics is an urban farm in Milwaukee. They are raising fish and produce in old factory buildings. AMAZING! Earth friendly and locally grown - you can't beat that. Plus I love how they incorporate art into their everyday environment.
We need more urban farms like this (and green walls!) to make our world a better place :)
