I must have a thing for bright colors!!! First it was the cupboards, then the cake, then the crazy tall paintings and finally Nick Caves. Jeez louise, I need Spring - winter is getting real old.
Here is some more color in the interim, this time it is artist Spencer Finch's candle installation, 366 (Emily Dickinson's Miraculous Year). The piece is based off the year Emily Dickinson wrote a whopping 366 poems in 365 days. Each candle represents one poem. The color of each candle matches a color mentioned in the poems (natural was used when no color was metioned). Poetry, candle light, color and time. How romantic!
